Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to specification. This role is crucial in maintaining strong client relationships and delivering high-quality construction services.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Manage all stages of construction projects, from planning to execution.
  • Liaise with clients, designers, and contractors to ensure all parties are aligned with the project goals.
  • Advise on procurement strategies and appoint project teams.
  • Develop and monitor detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines.
  • Lead regular project meetings and report on progress to all stakeholders.
  • Support funding bids and prepare detailed service quotations.
