Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction and Engineering Lead to deliver engaging Design Technology, Construction, and Engineering lessons. This role includes leading accredited qualifications such as BTEC Level 1 and Level 2 and contributing to the wider Interventions team. You will also be responsible for line managing the Design Technology Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in Design Technology, Construction, and Engineering
• Lead and assess BTEC Level 1 and Level 2 qualifications
• Support student progress through targeted interventions
• Line manage and support the Design Technology Assistant
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum delivery and student outcomes
