Company Accountant Warwick. Salary: Up to £65,000 + Medical Cover + Pension. This role is office based but can offer a 4 day working pattern.
Are you an experienced finance professional looking for a role where you can make a real impact? This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established group as a Company Accountant, reporting directly to the Group Finance Director and Group Managing Director.
You’ll play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, driving efficiencies, and supporting strategic decision-making across multiple subsidiaries.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management accounts and consolidated reporting packs.
- Monthly review meetings & analysis.
- Shape action plans to improve performance.
- Lead annual budgeting and regular forecasting, including financial modelling and cost analysis.
- Drive pricing and profitability initiatives including supporting with tender bids.
- Identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Manage invoice discounting processes and bank ledger reporting.
- Collaborate with international offices.
Skills & Experience
- At least 5 years within Management Accounting
- Advanced Excel skills, experience with Dimension is desirable but not essential.
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Prior leadership experience is essential.
- Experience in pricing, profitability analysis, and bid support.
- Exposure to international operations is desirable
