The successful candidate will work alongside an existing Management Accountant and report directly to the Finance Director. The role will focus on delivering high-quality management accounts and cost accounting insights to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation and analysis of monthly management accounts
- Cost accounting and financial performance reporting
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
- Collaborating with internal teams to drive financial efficiency
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in management accounts and cost accounting
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA Qualified, Part-Qualified, or Qualified by Experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
