Key Responsibilities:- Partner with senior stakeholders to support strategic decision-making
- Provide insightful financial analysis to drive business improvement
- Maintain and enhance internal controls and reporting processes
- Prepare statutory accounts and ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with non-finance teams to deliver commercial insights
- Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in a business partnering role
- Proficient in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to challenge and influence at all levels
- Proactive, analytical, and solutions-focused mindset
