We are seeking a highly experienced CLM Senior Manager to support a client in their Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) implementation. This role is ideal for a consultant with detailed knowledge of CLM systems, particularly Ironclad, though candidates with experience in other systems will also be considered. The successful candidate will lead large-scale CLM programmes and provide expert advice while engaging with key stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems, Ironclad preferred.
- Proven ability to process map and perform analytics.
- Strong communication skills and persuasive writing abilities.
- Experienced in managing both internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence senior stakeholders.
- Consulting expertise, particularly in engaging with legal teams.
- Proficiency in managing large engagement teams and ensuring the delivery of top-quality outputs.
- Skilled in developing training materials and hosting educational sessions.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Lead large-scale CLM programmes and support Programme Directors.
- Provide subject matter expertise on CLM, particularly on Ironclad capabilities.
- Engage with client stakeholders and develop programme materials/artefacts for governance forums.
- Deliver Change and Training requirements as part of the implementation process.
- Host design workshops and manage data migration activities.
- Conduct 'Train the Trainer' sessions for client users.
- Identify client needs and propose effective solutions.
- Engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
