This role is ideal for individuals with industry experience who are looking to transition into teaching, as we provide comprehensive training for teaching in further education (FE).

Day-to-day of the role

• Deliver practical and theoretical lessons in electrical and electronic engineering to students.
• Prepare educational content and hands-on activities for classes.
• Maintain and manage classroom and laboratory equipment.
• Assist students in understanding complex technical concepts.
• Collaborate with other faculty members to improve course materials and teaching methods.
• Participate in continuous professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and technical knowledge.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Relevant industry experience in electrical or electronic engineering.
• Strong practical and theoretical knowledge in the field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and inspire students.
• Willingness to undergo training for teaching qualifications if not already qualified.
