Are you an experienced CIPD tutor passionate about developing the next generation of HR and L&D professionals? Reed Learning is looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable tutor to deliver engaging, high-quality teaching for our level 7 CIPD qualifications. This remote role offers the opportunity to support learners in achieving their career goals while working from home.

What you will be doing as a level 7 CIPD tutor:
- Drawing upon your professional experience to provide support for our learners
- Facilitating online sessions to our level 7 cohorts
- Contributing to the development of course materials
- Assessing candidates' work and providing regular, constructive feedback to aid progression
- Having confidence in our blended learning approach and using our online technology to deliver a high-quality service
For this role we are looking for:
- Experience in teaching or tutoring at a higher education level
- CIPD qualified
- Teaching qualification (e.g., PCGE, TEFL, TESOL) or equivalent
- Recent experience in the delivery and assessment of CIPD L7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management/ Learning and Development
- Proven track record of programme delivery within online learning environments
- Ability to create and develop contemporary course materials that are engaging and interactive
- Proficiency in using virtual learning environments (e.g., Moodle, Blackboard)
- Interest in providing individual support to students and ability to provide high-quality constructive feedback
