We are seeking a Care Coordinator to join our team in a fast-paced office environment. This role requires a highly organised individual who is adept at managing resources and schedules efficiently. The successful candidate will be computer literate with experience in bespoke systems, particularly access systems.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Coordinate and plan resources and staff schedules to ensure efficient operation.
- Work shifts including 7 AM – 3 PM and 12 PM – 8 PM, covering every other weekend with allocated rest days during the week if working weekends.
- Utilise bespoke systems, including Access systems, to manage and track resource allocation.
- Solve problems quickly and effectively, ensuring smooth operations and minimal disruption.
- Communicate clearly with team members and other departments to coordinate resources and schedules.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong computer literacy, with proficiency in bespoke systems, especially Access systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
