An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Candidate Care Consultant to join the Reed Manchester office within our Community Care business. We are seeking a person who has a passion for making a difference, and looking for a successful career which offers recognition and reward. For over 60 years, Reed has been proud and privileged to provide person-centred direct care and support services to vulnerable adults, children, young people, and families in the community.

You'll need to be highly self-motivated and have a proven track record of success. You will need to create long lasting positive impressions and build relationships on a daily basis with great communication skills. As a Candidate Care Consultant, your primary role will be to offer an unrivalled experience to our candidates. Once the sales team have successfully placed a temporary candidate into work, responsibility will then be passed on to the CCC.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Weekly payroll
  • Submitting timesheets to a number of different portals
  • Building strong relationships with in-booking candidates
  • Providing quality aftercare service
  • Keeping on top of monthly and yearly compliance
  • Promoting Reed to prospective candidates
  • New candidate generation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Organisational skills including scheduling effectively, customer care and providing professional support
  • Good relationship building skills
  • An excellent telephone manner
  • Resilience
  • Attention to detail
  • Capable of accepting responsibility and managing queries
  • Positive attitude to provide effective service and professional conduct
  • Motivated to promote QSW and provide excellent customer care
  • Computer literacy - Word, Excel, Power Point and Internal Systems
