Campus Lead – Bolton
Term-Time Only | £35,384 per annum | Start ASAP
As Campus Lead, you’ll guide a small, dedicated team of educators and support staff, nurturing neurodivergent students aged 16–25. You’ll shape a rich, inclusive learning environment rooted in Art, Design, and Complementary Studies, while forging meaningful connections with museums, galleries, and the wider cultural sector.
This is a unique opportunity to lead within a Specialist Creative College that values difference, inclusion, and innovation. You’ll be at the heart of a college graded “Good in all areas” by OFSTED, where wellbeing, engagement, and alternative routes to employment are central to everything they do.
Requirements:
- Experience leading teams in Further Education, especially within SEND settings
- Confidently manage safeguarding and pastoral responsibilities at a senior level
