Location: Cambridge (Head Office) Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (Part-Time Considered)

You will play a key role in ensuring the organisation meets all regulatory and statutory requirements, safeguarding its reputation and supporting operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance processes and ensure adherence to relevant legislation and sector standards.
• Develop and implement robust compliance frameworks and policies.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to senior leadership and staff.
• Monitor and report on compliance performance, identifying areas for improvement.

• Proven experience in a compliance role within an education setting is essential.
