This is a brand-new role! As we expand our operations, you’ll play a crucial part in shaping our future. As a Business Manager, you\’ll be leading the expanding Food (FMCG) recruitment sector across the North of the UK. This is a \’hands-on\’ managerial role, running your own desk, which enables personal and team bonus and supporting/recruiting a small team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by Example: Support consultants in winning business and filling jobs.

  • Client Management: Win new clients and maintain existing relationships.
  • Team Development: Coach and develop consultants, fostering a culture of growth.
