The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

We have a 6 month contract available for an experienced Building Control Surveyor to join a busy team who carry out the full range of Building Control functions, including:

  • Building Regulation application plan checking
  • Site inspections of building works
  • Means of escape from existing buildings and dangerous structures
  • Processing of demolition notices
  • Other corporate projects that involve the Building Control team

Must have Class 2 registration, flexible on level within that. Rate given as a guide, flexibility available depending on registration level.
