- Annual Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 d.o.e.

We are seeking a dynamic Team Leaderto join a leading Litigation & Recoveries team. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for leadership and a background in finance recoveries, collections, or related fields.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Oversee a team of 6, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality case handling.
- Provide feedback and support and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Assist with legal case progression and client liaisons.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven organisational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in finance, collections, or similar fields is advantageous.
