Join a dynamic and growing legal practice in London, dedicated to delivering outstanding results and achieving justice. We are looking for a Marketing & Business Development Associate to support our firm\’s growth and day-to-day operations. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience across marketing, business development, HR, and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a law firm.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Assist in delivering the firm’s marketing and business development strategy.
  • Manage and update marketing materials, including brochures, website content, and social media platforms.
  • Support event planning and coordination, including seminars, webinars, and networking events.
  • Conduct research on clients, markets, and competitors to support business development initiatives.
  • Communicate and build relationships with organisations and other third parties.
  • Draft and proofread content for newsletters, press releases, and client-facing communications.
  • Maintain and update client and contact databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GDPR.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and client tenders.
  • Provide support with day-to-day HR administration, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, and maintaining staff records.
  • Liaise with candidates and recruitment agencies to support the hiring process.
  • Assist with Legal Aid compliance tasks, ensuring files and processes meet regulatory standards.
  • Support the Marketing & Business Development Coordinator with day-to-day administrative and strategic tasks.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and management to deliver firm-wide projects.
  • Provide general administrative and reception support, including scheduling and handling telephone enquiries as required.
