My client is seeking a highly organised and motivated Recruitment Assistant to join their HR team. This role is crucial in managing the recruitment and selection process. The successful candidate will be involved in various HR and recruitment administration tasks, supporting the Recruitment Manager and maintaining efficient HR systems.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Handle all HR recruitment and onboarding administration.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all recruitment-related enquiries.
  • Support the Recruitment Manager in operational needs and maintain the HR filing system with compliant documentation.
  • Manage recruitment administration, including updating job descriptions, creating interview packs, and managing job adverts' placement.
  • Coordinate with recruitment agencies, attend recruitment fairs, and manage responses from recruitment adverts.
  • Support the interview process, including shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and participating in interviews as needed.
  • Conduct pre-employment checks, manage offers of employment, and ensure timely completion of all new starter formalities.
  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships across service areas, providing necessary support and promoting company benefits.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Recruitment and/or strong Administration experience.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Available for an immediate start.
  • Must be able to drive due to rural location.
