Recycling Centre Operative – Oxfordshire

Join our team and help make a difference! We’re looking for friendly, reliable, and hands-on individuals to work at recycling centres across Oxfordshire.

What you’ll do:

  • Welcome and assist customers with waste and recycling.
  • Check permits, process payments, and keep accurate records.
  • Maintain site safety and cleanliness.
  • Support recycling by helping separate materials and reduce contamination.

What we’re looking for:

  • Great customer service skills and a positive attitude.
  • Physically fit and happy to work outdoors in all weather.
  • Comfortable using tablets and payment machines.
  • Full UK driving licence (essential).

Hours & Pay:

08:00 – 17:00, 5 days out of 7 (including weekends). Competitive hourly rate + full training provided.
