We’re seeking an Assistant Tax Manager to join their expanding tax department in Chelmsford. This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically strong and commercially minded tax professional to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse portfolio of personal tax clients
• Oversee compliance processes and identify planning opportunities
• Support delivery of high-value advisory projects
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to internal training
• Collaborate across offices to enhance tax service delivery
• Play a key role in business development and strategic growth

What We’re Looking For:

• CTA qualified (or equivalent experience)
• Strong technical knowledge and advisory skills
• Proven experience managing a tax portfolio
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• A proactive, commercial mindset
