We're looking for a Talent Lead to join our Angard Staffing Department and support our service delivery to a key client, the Royal Mail Group!
Our Angard Staffing teams deliver a largest-of-kind flexible workforce solution to Royal Mail across the UK. Our teams are responsible for the full recruitment and hiring process for flexible resource requests across a range of business areas including delivery drivers, postal workers, and mail sorting operatives.
As a Talent Lead you'll be:
- Leading a team responsible for the recruitment, registration, and deployment of a flexible workforce into the Royal Mail Group
- Monitoring performance against pre-agreed contractual targets and SLAs
- Providing advice, guidance, motivation, and support to your team
- Work closely with our regional recruiters and account managers to provide updates, understand challenges, and to forecast upcoming demand to ensure your team are focusing their efforts correctly
- Managing successful fulfilment of the client's peak order demand
What are we looking for?
- Candidates should have experience working in high-volume, fast-paced recruitment roles
- Experience in blue-collar or delivery driver recruitment would be beneficial
- Leadership/management experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience building relationships with clients and multi-disciplinary teams
