We are seeking an ALS Administrator for a temporary position lasting 4 weeks.

Job Description:

  • Monitor, respond to and file department emails.
  • Co-ordinate the tracking and monitoring of the SEN consultation and annual review process.
  • Report weekly on consultations, completion of annual reviews, confirmed and outstanding income.
  • Complete invoice requisitions and follow up promptly with local authorities on outstanding payment.
  • Compile weekly reports to MIS, detailing a list of learners that require HNS badges.
  • Input HNS funding data on to HN funding sheet in a timely manner and with a high degree of accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within an educational or financial setting.
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills to effectively manage multiple tasks.
