SEN Administrator

  • Hourly Rate: £14.40 PAYE
  • Location: Bexleyheath
  • Job Type: Hybrid (after full training)

We are seeking an SEN Administrator to join our Special Educational Needs team at a local authority. This role requires excellent minute-taking skills and a strong administrative background. Knowledge of Education Healthcare Plans and the 20-week statutory process would be advantageous.This is an immediate start position with ongoing booking, offering a hybrid working arrangement after full training.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Provide administrative support to the Special Educational Needs team.
  • Take accurate and detailed minutes during meetings.
  • Manage and maintain records related to Education Healthcare Plans.
  • Assist in the coordination and monitoring of the 20-week statutory process.
  • Handle correspondence and communications with various stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports and documents as required by the team.
  • Support the team in scheduling and organising meetings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
