This team is looking for an administrator to join the team to support day-to-day operations and maintain smooth internal processes. As the business is continuing to evolve, they are looking to fill this role with someone who can play into their key part of their operations.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage and maintain company records, databases and filing systems.
- Prepare reports, correspondence and documentation for internal use.
- Support procurement, production and logistics teams with administrative tasks.
- Handle incoming calls, emails and general enquiries.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.
- Update internal systems and ensure data accuracy.
- Support compliance and health & safety documentation where required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP or business systems is a plus.
