Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated part time Administration Support Assistant to assist a visually impaired client with administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite and has experience with typing, filing, and general administrative duties. The position offers a supportive work environment and the opportunity to make a significant impact on our client’s daily life.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Provide administrative support to client, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Utilise Microsoft Office Suite to create documents, manage emails, and perform other clerical tasks as required.
- Assist with filing and organising documents to maintain an orderly system.
- Accompany and support the client during administrative activities, offering guidance and assistance as needed.
