We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable Clerk on behalf of our client. This role is ideal for someone who upholds values of Trust, Respect, Involve, Challenge, and Deliver Excellence. The successful candidate will be instrumental in maintaining the confidence of our clients and communities through efficient financial management and communications.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Process purchase invoices accurately and timely.
- Manage the mailbox, handling both internal and external queries effectively.
- Process employee expenses and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Perform weekly bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
- Distribute supplier invoices for approval, ensuring a smooth workflow within the finance department.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in Accounts Payable (AP).
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
- Computer literacy, with proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
- Experience working within a busy team, demonstrating excellent communication and organisational skills.
