Reed Accountancy is pleased to support our Rugby-based client in recruiting an Accounts Assistant. We are seeking an experienced individual who excels in a team environment to undertake transaction processing, data analysis, and interpretation. The aim is to ensure robust accounting control, accurate reporting, and optimal business support.
Main Duties:
- Purchase ledger
- Statement reconciliations
- Sales order processing
- Support daily cash flow forecasting
- Query resolution
- Journal entries
- Support month-end management accounts
- Ad hoc tasks such as balance sheet reconciliations, stock management reviews, audit, and general accounts administration
