About Us: My client is a dynamic and innovative company seeking a dedicated Account Manager to oversee their most valuable client, the Hilton hotel. This company prides itself on delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships throughout the EMEA markets.

Role Overview: As the Account Manager for the Hilton hotel account, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing the relationship, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. You will act as the primary point of contact, coordinating with various internal departments to deliver outstanding service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a strong relationship with Hilton, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for Hilton, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and support for Hilton.
  • Monitor and analyze account performance, providing regular updates and reports to Hilton and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the Hilton account, proposing and implementing strategies to enhance the partnership.
  • Conduct regular meetings and reviews with Hilton to discuss performance, feedback, and future plans.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in account management or a related role.
  • Proven track record of managing large, high-profile accounts, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues proactively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of initiative and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to meet with Hilton and attend industry events.
