The Role
We are a Telecommunications, Managed Service Provider & Cyber Security consultancy, with over 15 years trading history in the communications sector. This is an attractive opportunity for someone who possesses a strong sales ability to aid us in our continued growth. You will join our existing desk-based sales team and be responsible for generating appointments for our Field Based consultants. Based on experience, we are offering a competitive salary up to £27,000, plus a generous uncapped commission structure which offers a realistic and achievable OTE of £40,000+, which our staff are already earning. We also have an internal personal development programme, whereby we encourage our team to have career goals such as progression to leadership or management, which we facilitate and discuss in quarterly one to ones.
Your role will involve calling various businesses throughout the North, promoting our products and services. You should be articulate, possess strong communication skills and have an ambition to succeed, with the ability to handle objections and rejection constructively. A high level of energy is crucial, with a drive to overachieve targets, but you should also have an ambitious career attitude with a view to achieving long term career goals, whilst noting we also want a team player who works well in a positive manner with other Team Members.
Minimum Experience Required
Candidates should have some sales and telephone experience.
Job Objectives
- To contact all types of businesses on a daily basis and make appointments
- To ensure all appointments are made following the criteria set out by the company
- To promote Fixed Telephone lines, Mobiles, Broadband, Telephone Systems to Businesses
- To achieve/exceed individual appointment targets set out by the Sales Manager
