We are a leading UK multi-disciplinary firm founded in 2003 seeking an experienced Senior Building Surveyor to join our dynamic team at our Liverpool office.

The Senior Building Surveyor’s role
The company has grown to 3 locations, and we are excited to be looking for an experienced Senior Building Surveyor to work on a variety of interesting projects across a range of sectors, including education, healthcare, heritage, and commercial.
About You
The Senior Building Surveyor will be an enthusiastic and ambitious individual with experience managing multiple projects from inception to completion. The role is based in our Liverpool office on the Albert Docks and travel to client sites or project locations will be required.
Skills & Qualifications
- RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) accredited degree or equivalent professional qualification in Building Surveying.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in building surveying
- Strong knowledge of building regulations, construction methods, and health and safety standards.
- Experience managing and delivering complex projects, including cost management and stakeholder coordination.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems and deliver practical, efficient solutions.
- Proficient in using surveying software, Microsoft Office Suite, and AutoCAD (or similar design software).
- Full Driving Licence
