We are a long established independant firm of Accountatns looking for an Office Administrator/Receptionist to join our team in Eastleigh.

Duties include:

  • Managing post received
  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Welcoming clients and visitors
  • Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area
  • Typing letters and invoices
  • Monitoring disposal of confidential waste
  • Maintain and monitor storage of offsite files.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpesonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and part of a team
