Award winning brokerage are seeking a new Mortgage Broker to join our team on either an Employed or Self-Employed basis. We are the leading UK broker specialising in Self Build and Development funding. The role would be suited to an experienced broker who wants a new challenge, someone who wants to expand their knowledge and have the real opportunity to earn more money while working for a market leading firm with a great team.
Employed: Basic salary of £30,000 with an OTE of £85,000
Self Employed: Average case size across the team in 2024 was £4097 (mortgage and broker fee only). Expected net earnings for the adviser is £120,000.
The role can be home based. However, the candidate will need to commit to the first 4-6 weeks being fully office based while they complete the firm's internal training program.
