Job Purpose
As a Graduate Trainee Project Manager, you will work alongside experienced professionals to coordinate and deliver bespoke furniture projects for major hospitality clients. Key Responsibilities
You will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of projects for prestigious hotel brands. Below are the key responsibilities:
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of bespoke furniture projects.
- Liaise with internal teams including sales, design, production, and logistics to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget
- Assist in preparing project documentation, timelines, and progress reports for both internal stakeholders and clients
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and contribute to proactive problem-solving
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
- Participate in site visits and client meetings to gain hands-on experience and understand client requirements
- Contribute ideas to improve project delivery processes and enhance customer experience
