The Role:
We are looking for a client focussed Digital Insight Analyst to join our growing consultancy team.
Commercially focused, you will be an ambitious individual with a passion to join one of the UK’s leading analytics consultancies working alongside some global brands. Working with a diverse portfolio of clients there will be a strong focus on delivering regular analytics support to optimise digital and marketing strategies and delivering clear actionable results based on our clients business needs. Leveraging skillsets across analytics, Business Intelligence (BI) and digital marketing, you will work as a trusted consultant.
As part of our wider Data Science team you will also have the ability to work in more advanced analytics with the potential to work on projects such as forecasting, market attribution, econometrics and segmentation.
Key Skills:
- 2+ years relevant experience within an analytical or similar role with a broad understanding of digital marketing, analytics and BI.
- Expertise in digital analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
- A good working knowledge of BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio)
- Passion for problem-solving and a proactive approach to identifying and solving client challenges.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with experience delivering insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Desirable Skills
- Data prep and coding skills in languages such as SQL, Python or R is desirable.
- Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) is an advantage.
Main Duties:
- Partner with client stakeholders to understand key business drivers, challenges and data needs and deliver tailored analytics solutions.
- Lead requirements workshops with clients to define KPIs and develop measurement frameworks
- Design and carry out analysis in support of client engagements as required, covering areas such as website performance, campaign optimisation, user journey analysis and customer segmentation.
- Developing insightful and actionable recommendations based on data analysis and communicating these through visually inspiring dashboards, reports or presentations to clients.
- Managing relationships with stakeholders as directed, including updates on plans, outputs, and managing expectations.
- Provide consultancy to clients on marketing performance optimisation, customer behaviour insights and the effective use of analytics tools to enhance decision making and outcomes.
