The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and demonstrate a passion for learning and growth. The appointee is expected to develop business acumen and gain practical experience through various tasks. After rotation, the appointees will be assigned to different teams.
Location: Based in London office but frequent travels might be required.
Responsibilities:- Participate in projects within the organization.
- Work on rotations within different teams.
- Assist in document management by maintaining and organizing all business documents, ensuring they are easily accessible and up-to-date.
- Support management meetings by preparing agendas, taking detailed meeting minutes, and distributing all relevant documents promptly, as instructed.
- Assist in the preparation of management reports.
- Handle other duties as assigned.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree from a recognized university in any discipline.
- With some working experience, preferably in investment management or the UHNW industry.
- A great communicator, able to engage with people across all levels in different countries.
- Agile and motivated to thrive in a fast-moving business environment.
- As some documents are in Chinese, candidates with ability to read and write in Chinese will be highly preferred.
