We\’re looking for a Site Agent to join our Natural Resources, Nuclear and Network business stream based in the Southwest.
Location: Southwest – site based near Bath with travel to other sites on the contract
Hours: 45 hours per week, 18 month Fixed Term contract
What will you be responsible for?
As a Site Agent, you\’ll be working on our collaborative delivery framework with the Environment Agency where Kier is acting as the principal contractor.
Your day to day will include:
- Managing resources (people, finance and physical assets) to fulfil the assigned project(s) safely, on time and to the required quality
- Ensure NEC 4 contract compliance working with commercial team
- Involvement to all phases of the projects, including early contractor involvement through contract award to close out
- Programming works, commercial performance and the effective utilisation of resources to meet those programmes
- Suppporting the implementation and monitoring of Health & Safety policies and procedures in accordance with guidelines
