Technical Systems Analyst

Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum, depending on experience

About the Role

We\’re looking for a motivated and technically capable Technical Systems Analyst to join our growing Digital team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure and enterprise systems who\’s ready to take the next step in their career.

You\’ll play a key role in supporting and enhancing our cloud infrastructure and business systems, working closely with colleagues across the organisation and our Group ICT team. If you enjoy solving problems, improving systems, and making a real impact, we\’d love to hear from you.

What You\’ll Be Doing

  • Support the design and management of Microsoft Azure cloud services, including virtual machines, networking, and identity management.
  • Assist with the integration and maintenance of enterprise systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Help implement automation and scripting solutions using PowerShell or Python.
  • Collaborate with teams to understand business needs and deliver practical, scalable solutions.
  • Contribute to system upgrades, migrations, and performance improvements.
  • Work with ITSM tools and follow ITIL-aligned processes to ensure high-quality service delivery.

What We\’re Looking For

  • Experience working with Microsoft Azure services and enterprise systems.
  • A good understanding of system integration, APIs, and data governance.
  • Familiarity with automation tools and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn and grow.

Desirable (but not essential)

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices and ITSM tools
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator Associate)
