We are seeking a passionate IT Support Technician to join a dynamic IT Support team. This role involves supporting a diverse range of IT systems and customers, both large and small. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in various IT projects and contribute to the management, upkeep, and enhancement of our internal systems.

As an IT Support Technician, you will provide IT support to a wide range of customers and work on a whole range of exciting IT projects. You will assist in managing and enhancing internal company systems and produce quotations for IT projects. Continuously enhancing your knowledge of relevant IT systems and adapting to changing services and requirements will be crucial.

Our client is looking for a candidate with a strong background in IT however most importantly we are looking for a personable individual who is passionate about IT and has a real desire to learn new things.

Experience required:

Experience within a similar role
Desire to learn and progress
Working knowledge of Windows and Office 365 environments
Excellent customer service skills
