1st Line Support Engineer
Preston (Hybrid option after 6 months)

A 1st Line Support Engineer is required for our client who are based in Preston. The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for technical issues across the organisation. You\’ll provide support via phone, Teams, email, and in person, ensuring high levels of customer service and timely resolution of issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1st line technical support and escalate when needed
- Log and manage tickets via ITSM system
- Maintain and repair desktops, laptops, and IT equipment
- Manage IT assets and user accounts
- Support Microsoft 365 applications and Intune MDM platform
- Assist with infrastructure projects and occasional travel to London office
