A global investment bank is currently recruiting a Travel and Expenses Coordinator for a 12 month maternity cover.
Based in Liverpool street, they offer hybrid with 3 days office attendance per week. Supporting their GMD UK COO and work closely with the Travel Management and Expenses team, you would play a vital part in arranging travel, processing expenses, and handling general office administration. Coordinate and book business travel (flights, Eurostar, accommodation, visas).
Manage pre-travel approvals and maintain a GMD Travel Database (traveller details, preferences, trip history).
Produce detailed Travel Itineraries for business trips.
Oversee the GMD Addison Lee Account and arrange taxi bookings as required.
Process travel and other expenses while adhering to the T&E policy.
Stay up to date with industry trends by attending relevant external travel events.

Has 1-2 years’ office experience (travel arrangement experience preferred).
Possesses strong interpersonal and customer service skills with an excellent telephone manner.
Has basic proficiency in Microsoft 10 or Apple Mac (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams/Zoom/WebEx).
Can adapt to a busy office environment and remote working when necessary.
