You'll be at the forefront of selling innovative solutions through our rapidly expanding Consultancy+ business.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Business Development
- Grow your client base with a robust sales plan.
- Attend client meetings to nurture existing relationships and seek new opportunities.
- Sell Statement of Work (SoW) solutions within the QSW/EP business.
- Become the go-to expert in your practice area.
- Consultant Attraction
- Create engaging job ads that align with client brand guidelines.
- Design and execute attraction campaigns with the Consultancy+ team.
- Source top talent through job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Client Management
- Understand client recruitment processes and compliance requirements.
- Deliver world-class service that exceeds client expectations.
- Manage data accurately and produce ad-hoc reports as needed.
- QSW/EP Management
- Ensure compliance with all legislative and internal quality requirements.
- Organize registration events for high-volume/niche requirements.
- Match suitable positions for QSWs quickly and efficiently.
Key Relationships:
- Clients: Understand their needs and discuss delivery and capacity.
- Candidates: Build strong relationships to match them with the right roles.
