🔍 We're Hiring: Resourcing Business Partner
📍 Location: Warrington | 🕒 Full-Time | 💰Up to £32k base (dependant on experience)
Are you a strategic recruitment expert ready to make a real impact? Reed Talent Solutions is looking for a Resourcing Business Partner to lead the delivery of high-volume recruitment campaigns across key Managed Service accounts. This is a pivotal role where you'll drive operational excellence, build strong client relationships, and help us meet our commercial goals.
🚀 What You'll Be Doing:
- Own the delivery of Managed Services for major clients—either directly or by coordinating with internal and third-party teams.
- Partner with stakeholders to lead high-volume recruitment campaigns and deliver exceptional service.
- Design and execute best-in-class recruitment strategies, including manpower planning, attraction, assessment centres, and screening.
- Ensure seamless integration between onsite client teams and Reed HR Service Centres.
- Resolve issues proactively and act as the go-to expert for service delivery.
- Lead service reviews and attend key stakeholder meetings to maintain strong relationships and continuous improvement.
