Loans Agency Administrator

Job Description A global investment bank is currently recruiting for a Loans Agency Administrator within financing and trade operations on a permanent basis. The role with be based in Liverpool street with Hybrid working available, which will be 3 days in the office per week. You will play a key role in loan event processing, risk management, and cross-team collaboration. As they are losing a highly experienced member in the team, it is essential the incoming candidate has strong loan agency administration experience. Key Responsibilities Loan Finance Processing Manage Agency, Participant, Bilateral, and Syndicated loans, ensuring accuracy and efficiency Handle SLT transactions (purchase and sales) and monitor loan processing from start to finish Support Front Office and Middle Office teams with timely loan execution Data Analysis & Documentation Review and analyse Transmission Sheets and Credit Agreements for operational insights Verify the accuracy of loan setup details before submission to platforms Ensure all static data is correctly captured in the requisite systems Communication & Advisory Act as the central liaison between Platforms, Middle Office, and external clients Ensure clear a…
