Job Description A London based public sector organisation is currently recruiting for a HR Change Lead to join the team for a 9 month initial fixed term contract. Like many organisations at present, they are going through a period of change and need an experienced HR professional who has managed similar projects in organisational change. The role will be based in Central London and they will offer hybrid working with average of 3 days attendance per week, however at times you maybe on site more often during specific phases of the project. The Ideal Candidate Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you would have a deep understanding of change management principles and methodologies within HR. Your excellent stakeholder management skills enable you to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels within an organisation. Your strong analytical abilities allow you to identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
