A global investment bank is currently recruit a Leveraged Finance Associate within the Corporate and Leveraged Finance team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to play a leading role in delivering high-impact financial solutions for their clients. Transaction Analysis : Review and evaluate new business opportunities, performing financial modelling and profitability analysis. Documentation and Compliance : Lead in preparing credit and market committee memos, ensure administrative tasks like NDAs and compliance are executed, and maintain accurate records in the pipeline. Draft annual reviews, monitor client portfolios, and produce high-quality marketing and execution materials. Work closely with internal teams such as the debt syndicate, derivatives desk, product teams, legal, and coverage to deliver client-focused solutions. Market Insights : Process market intelligence, research transactional trends, and analyse sector-specific data. Assist in training junior team members, fostering their growth within the Leveraged Finance team. Experience : Strong background in leveraged finance, high-yield bond transactions, and financial modelling. Skills : Exceptional analytical abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in preparing high-quality client materials. Knowledge : Familiarity with leveraged finance documentation, covenant structuring, market trends, and the investment process. You\’ll contribute to high-profile transactions and grow your expertise in leveraged finance while collaborating with top-tier professionals.
