What is this role about?
A Business Engagement Officer is responsible for managing relationships with employers who have employed our participants. They will provide participants with advice and guidance on any barriers remaining in employment such as general work issues, finances or health.
Just some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Relationship & Stakeholder Management
Business Engagement Officer will manage relationships with Employers to ensure placements are sustained, following up with both the Participant and the Employer to ensure a smooth transition and employment. They will serve as the primary liaison with Employers for future placements, ensuring the development and maintenance of strong, ongoing relationships.
In Work Support
Business Engagement Officers conduct risk assessments on their Participant to identify the appropriate levels of support required. Business Engagement Officers mentor Participants through employment maintaining regular contact with the Participant and the Employer.?
Administration & Quality
Business Engagement Officers ensure accurate and timely recording and review of all Participant details and requirements through every intervention.

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with:

Experience working in the community, fundraising, sales or in a people facing role.?

Experience working in a targeted environment.

Experience of working with a wide range of individuals, managing different needs and selling or promoting a service or product.?

Experience of developing and managing external stakeholder relationships.

A minimum of 2 A-Levels or an equivalent Level 3 Diploma.?

GCSE English Language at a minimum of a Grade B (or equivalent Level 2 qualification). OR achievement of a Level 2 in Literacy Assessment at interview stage.?
