About the Role

Our client is looking for a dedicated and proactive Support Worker to join their Criminal Justice team. This role focuses on supporting individuals with complex needs as they transition through the criminal justice system and into safe, stable accommodation.

Additional Requirements

  • A valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (business use insurance required)

Experience & Skills Needed

  • Experience supporting vulnerable adults and/or individuals with challenging behaviours or complex needs
  • Ability to build rapport, maintain professional boundaries, and work collaboratively with partner agencies
  • Strong communication and assessment skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain effective partnerships with external agencies, including close collaboration with criminal justice services
  • Carry out comprehensive needs and risk assessments, leading to tailored support plans that address individual client requirements
  • Provide clients with relevant advice, information, and practical support to help them access services, accommodation, and community resources
  • Ensure all new clients fully understand their rights, responsibilities, and the expectations of their licence agreement when entering the service
