We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Works Operative to join our multidisciplinary team. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in delivering excellent customer service, thrive in a collaborative environment, and demonstrate a strong commitment to quality and safety.

Job Description:
Accurately and safely process orders in accordance with established procedures and timelines.
Load and unload vehicles efficiently using a counterbalance forklift truck.
Maintain accurate records that comply with legal and quality standards.
Manage stock levels of packaged finished goods with precision and care.
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities, adhering to 5S principles to enhance team efficiency.
Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and legislation to uphold operational integrity and employee safety.
Support broader site operations as required, including general upkeep and other duties aligned with the role.Beneficial Skills / Experience:
Proven experience in a warehouse or similar operational environment.
Valid counterbalance forklift license (essential).
Strong initiative and communication skills.
Team-oriented with a flexible and professional approach.
Strong Health and Safety awareness
Competent in using computers and relevant software.Additional Details:
Full-time position: 35 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
