Location: Doxford Park - hybrid working (3 days onsite / 2 days from home)

Job Type: Temporary (Up to 12 weeks with possible extension)

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Support Contract Managers with key administrative activities for contractor delivery, focusing on specialist M&E works.
  • Contact and liaise with customers and contractors to schedule appointment visits.
  • Raise and close work orders within Housing Management systems.
  • Ensure accurate updating of systems and databases with servicing and supporting information.
  • Create and update reports and works schedules to enable Contract Managers to monitor programme delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Highly developed administration skills with proficiency in all Microsoft packages and in-house systems.
  • Background in a Social Housing environment.
  • Experience using Housing Management Systems.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities in sourcing external services and material solutions.
  • Awareness and risk assessment of queries and escalation.
