Job Title: Senior HR Advisor Location: Multi-site / Regional NI & GB Job Type: Full-time, in person role Salary: £36,000 - £40,000 (DOE) About the Role We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Senior HR Advisor to support a growing, multi-site organisation across the UK. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, operational environment and enjoys delivering practical HR solutions. You will be the go-to HR contact for teams across multiple regions, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and supporting the full employee lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes across multiple locations Compliance & Policy: Maintain and update HR policies in line with current employment legislation across jurisdictions Employee Relations: Provide first-line support for managers and employees on ER matters including absence, performance, and conduct Payroll & Benefits: Ensure accurate payroll inputs, manage employee benefits, and support retention initiatives HR Administration: Oversee employee records, contracts, and data management in line with GDPR and statutory requirements Learning & Development: Support the delivery of training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and engagement HR Systems & Reporting: Maintain HR systems, track key HR metrics (e.g. absence, turnover), and provide actionable insights Essential Skills & Experience Minimum 2 years\' experience in an HR Advisor or Generalist role, ideally in a multi-site environment CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) Strong knowledge of employment law in both UK & Northern Ireland Proven experience managing the full employee lifecycle Confident handling employee relations and advising managers Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in HR systems, data management, and Microsoft Office Willingness to travel across the UK (full driving licence and access to a vehicle required).
