We\’re recruiting for a Security Guard to join a busy supermarket facility, helping to maintain a safe and secure environment for staff and customers alike.
Role Overview:
As part of the on-site security team, you\’ll be responsible for:
Conducting regular patrols across the shop floor
Preventing incidents and deterring theft
Professionally resolving conflict and managing challenging situations
Supporting loss prevention efforts and protecting stock
Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all individuals within the premises Requirements:
SIA Licence – Essential
CCTV Licence – Desirable
Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
A proactive, hands-on approach to security Salary: Up to £31,000 per annum
Location: London
Hours: 12pm-9pm 5 days a week (7-day shift rota)
